Myself, Jeff Bormes, "Le Moi" Coolinary Food Artist an international celebrity Chef with my EventCuisine

around Europe, based in Andalusia at the Costa del Sol but can be engaged worldwide. 

I describe my ideas as "Coolinary Food Design", exploring new horizons of the

Cross-Over Fusion-Cuisine.  

"I do not cook what I can ; I create what I Feel."

I worked 10 years in a series of jobs in various countries such as India, South Africa,

across Europe and Caribbean. Travel and jobs made me developing a totally different

artistic concept combining various cuisines.

In 2011 me and my wife Sylvia opened our own restaurant “Casa-Gecko” in Marbella.

In 2012 I found a perfect location for having more freedom and celebrate my culinary creations

 “Casa-Gecko” in El Faro, Mijas Costa.

This was also a beginning of "Special Fine Dining Events" in my private ambiance, along the coast and worldwide.

At the same time, some people said I highlighted various TV Shows

(Katzenberger, Norwegian Celebrity Dinner) as a Chef

and Seat, Hollywood Productions (Exodus, Tomorrowland) as a Caterer.

The Society European Culinaria honored me a

membership in May 2018 and in 2016 in Prague I was awarded by a

"Golden spoon" from Jaroslav Sapic (svatohubetske kulinarske slavnosti), to name the few.

I am using my experience and my unique cooking style to coach Hotels and Restaurants

around the world.
